About Operation Get Fit
BREAKING BARRIERS TO WELLNESS AND ENCOURAGING OVERALL HEALTH
Fitness is our life’s passion, and we want others to feel just as lively as we do. Operation Get Fit gets it, we see ourselves as a team and as a community, and we help you gain the attitude and confidence to feel your best!
WE'RE BREAKING DOWN Wellness Barriers
AND TURNING GOOD HEALTH INTO A GROUP EFFORT
Let’s face it, getting healthy is anything but easy. At least, if you approach it from an “every man for himself” perspective. Our team of certified professional trainers and nutrition experts have worked in the health and wellness industry long enough to realize one thing: There are a million barriers that prevent people from becoming the healthiest version of themselves.
But all it takes is one push in the right direction to banish those barriers for good.
Whether it’s a lack of time, not enough resources or just not knowing where to start, finding a program that meets your needs leaves most folks throwing in the towel before they’ve even stepped in the ring.

Building a Relationship
Operation Get Fit provides virtual and on-site health and wellness training to a wide variety of groups. She has partnered with the City of Houston, the Mayor’s Office of Special Events, the Houston Independent School District, the Houston Zoo, YWCA, and CIGNA, among many others. By encouraging daily movement, proper nutrition, and positive thinking, Sandi has helped each of these organizations to foster a more welcoming and productive workplace with far- reaching benefits for all parties involved.
Sandi’s efforts have been recognized numerous times. In 2011, she was honored by the Texas Women’s Empowerment Foundation. She went on to be named one of Texas’s Top 50 Black Health Medical & Wellness Professional and was recognized by the Houston City Council for her commitment to improving her community.
Sandi graduated from The University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science Degree. She went on to become a Certified Personal Trainer, Aquatic Program Instructor, and a Licensed Zumba and Strong Instructor. Since launching her career, she has gone on to meet people from all walks of life. Her diverse experience has given her a unique ability to connect with people and set them on the path to long term prosperity.
In her own words, Sandi says:
If you have never had good health and fitness, we want to help you get it. If you have it now, we want to help you keep it, and if you had it and lost it, we want to help you get it back. When we accomplish our mission to help people live healthier lives, then those people can go on to achieve their life’s mission.
